Our adult hatha yoga class is gentle and slow, accessible to beginners, and restorative for experienced yogis. Mature teens are welcome to join. Gift yourself 75 minutes of calming movement. (This is a great option for parents during our Sensory Sunday Open Gym or weekend birthday parties!) Pre-register, drop in, or buy a punch pass to save on a class you’ll want to keep coming back to!

Gather some friends and request a personalized yoga class for your group! Think: workshop, date night, girls' night, holiday theme, birthday party, youth activity, retreat experience, or sweat sesh! Talk to the front desk to reserve an available time. A minimum of four students must be guaranteed for the class to be scheduled.

We're delighted to be integrating into the themed summer camps at Ken's Gym! Registered kids will play, process, and unwind during our hour of yoga each day of camp!

This 4-week series is as educational as it is fun! Our original curriculum uses movement and poetry to teach kids the eight limbs of yoga. Watch for seasonal registration, or request a day and time for your child's extracurricular, friend, or school group by coordinating with the front desk.

While our in-person studio space is inside Ken's Gym (Tooele County, UT), our teachers travel and can contribute yoga education and experience to a larger event. Almost all of our equipment is portable so we can bring yoga to your indoor or outdoor space!

You always have permission to move your body in a way that feels good, as long as it does not cause harm to anyone else. If you need adapted instruction for your body or your child's practice, please let us know before class begins. Props, including chairs, are available to make postures accessible to you. Communicating your needs in advance will help us prepare a smooth and comfortable experience for you.
